Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of AzloTV's streaming platform, content, merchandise, events, and related services. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AzloTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AzloTV, LLC ("AzloTV," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our website, mobile and TV applications, streaming platform, online store, live and in-person events, and all related features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, purchasing a ticket or merchandise, placing a bid, making a donation, or simply accessing the Service, you affirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Certain features — including purchases, donations, bidding, and event attendance — may require you to be at least 18, or to be accompanied by an adult, as indicated at the point of purchase or entry. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Definitions

• "Content" — films, series, podcasts, live streams, artwork, music, and other audiovisual materials made available through the Service.
• "Merchandise" — physical goods (apparel, accessories, collectibles, and similar items) offered for sale through our store.
• "Events" — in-person and hybrid experiences we organize or host, including live podcasts, screenings, and live shows.
• "Tickets" — paid or free admissions to Events.
• "Donations" — voluntary payments (including tips and on-stream contributions) you choose to make to AzloTV or to featured creators.
• "Auction" — a feature allowing you to place bids on items (such as used props and event memorabilia) offered for sale to the highest qualifying bidder.
• "Interactive Features" — chat, viewing rooms, comments, reviews, donation messages, and similar community features.

Eligibility & Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not transfer or sell your account to any other person.

Profiles, Devices & Concurrent Streams

Each subscription plan specifies the number of devices that may stream simultaneously and may permit multiple user profiles within a single account. These features are provided for use by you and the members of your household for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• The number of concurrent streams and registered devices is limited according to your plan and is displayed at checkout.
• You may not share your credentials with, or stream to, individuals outside your household, or otherwise exceed the limits of your plan.
• We may use device identifiers, IP address, and similar signals to verify that account use is consistent with your plan, and we may pause streams, require re-verification, or limit device registration to enforce these limits.

Subscriptions & Billing

Plans & Pricing

AzloTV offers several subscription tiers, each providing access to varying levels of our content library, streaming quality, and concurrent streams. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may vary by region.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
• You authorize AzloTV to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice sent to your registered email.
• Annual plans are billed in full at the start of each billing cycle.

All-Inclusive Pricing

The price we display for a subscription, Ticket, Merchandise item, or Auction lot includes all mandatory fees for that purchase. Only government-imposed taxes (such as sales tax or VAT) and, for physical goods, reasonable shipping costs are added at checkout and shown to you before you pay. We do not advertise a price and then add mandatory service, processing, "platform," or buyer's-premium fees on top of it. This reflects California's price-transparency requirements (SB 478, the Honest Pricing Law).

Automatic Renewal & Easy Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are automatic-renewal offers. Before you subscribe, we present the renewal terms — the recurring price, the billing frequency, and how to cancel — clearly and conspicuously, and we obtain your express affirmative consent to those terms through a separate affirmative action (we do not rely on a pre-checked box). After you subscribe, we send an acknowledgment that restates the renewal terms and the cancellation method.

• Free trials / free-to-pay conversions. Where a plan starts with a free or discounted trial, we disclose the post-trial price and the date the charge begins before you sign up and, where required, remind you before the trial converts to a paid term.
• Annual reminder. For California residents, and elsewhere where required, we send a reminder at least once a year identifying the subscription, the amount and frequency of the charge, and how to cancel.
• Click to cancel. You can cancel online at any time through Account → Subscription → Cancel — using the same medium you used to subscribe — without calling or emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

These practices are provided to comply with the California Automatic Renewal Law (as amended by AB 2863) and the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). Further detail is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Promotions & Coupons

AzloTV may offer promotional pricing, discounts, and coupon or promotional codes from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of the offer:

• Coupons and promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Codes may not be combined with other offers and apply only to eligible plans, Merchandise, or Tickets as stated.
• Each code has the eligibility conditions and expiration date stated at the time of the offer; expired or fully redeemed codes will not be honored.
• We may modify, suspend, or void any code or promotion, and may withhold or reverse a discount, where we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used through error, fraud, or abuse.

Eligibility for any promotion is determined at AzloTV's sole discretion, and promotional rates apply only for the period stated at the time of the offer.

Referral Program

We may offer a referral program that rewards existing members for inviting new members. Unless stated otherwise in the program details at the time:

• A referral reward is earned only when a referred person is a genuinely new customer who signs up using your referral link or code and completes any qualifying action (such as a paid subscription period) described in the program.
• Rewards are issued as account credit or the benefit described in the program, have no cash value unless expressly stated, and are not transferable.
• Self-referral, creating duplicate or fake accounts, purchasing or spamming referral links, and any other manipulation are prohibited. We may withhold, reverse, or claw back rewards and suspend participation or accounts for suspected abuse.
• You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date. AzloTV does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. Refunds for Merchandise, Tickets, Donations, and Auction purchases are governed by the sections below.

Merchandise & Physical Goods

We may offer Merchandise for sale through our store. Merchandise may be fulfilled by AzloTV or by third-party fulfillment and print providers.

• Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (and refund any amount paid) for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Prices, taxes & shipping. Prices, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Availability and delivery may vary by region; we do not ship to all locations.
• Risk & title. Risk of loss and title to Merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
• Returns & defects. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you may return unused Merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, and we will replace or refund defective or incorrect items. Where the law gives you a statutory right to cancel or withdraw (for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK), that right is preserved and is not limited by this section. Certain items (such as personalized or hygiene-sensitive goods) may be non-returnable, as indicated at checkout.

Live Streaming & Interactive Features

The Service includes live and multi-camera streams, live podcasts, and Interactive Features such as chat, viewing rooms, and on-stream messages.

• Live programming may be delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, or cancelled, and camera angles, availability, and features may change without notice.
• Interactive Features are provided for lawful, respectful use. We may moderate, remove, hide, or rate-limit messages, and suspend access to Interactive Features, at our discretion. Conduct rules in the "Permitted Use" section apply to all Interactive Features.

Donations & Tips

The Service may allow you to make voluntary Donations to AzloTV or to featured creators, including on-stream contributions and tips that may display a message.

• Donations are entirely voluntary, are not required to access any Content, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Donations are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible. AzloTV is a commercial business.
• Where a Donation is directed to a creator, AzloTV may act only as a payment facilitator. Any processing or platform fee is disclosed and included in the total shown to you before you confirm the Donation; the displayed Donation amount is what you authorize us to charge.
• Donation messages are User Content and are subject to moderation and the conduct rules in these Terms. We may decline, withhold, or reverse Donations we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive.

Live Events, Podcasts & Tickets

We organize in-person and hybrid Events, including live podcasts and shows, and may sell Tickets to them.

• Ticket purchase. Tickets are licenses to attend a specific Event and are subject to the venue's and organizer's rules. The Ticket price we display includes all mandatory fees; only government taxes and any optional add-ons you choose are shown separately. Age and entry restrictions are shown at purchase.
• Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds. If we cancel an Event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. If we materially reschedule or relocate an Event, you may choose to attend or to request a refund. Except as set out here or as required by law, Tickets are non-refundable. We are not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, or other costs.
• Admission & conduct. We (and the venue) may refuse admission or remove anyone for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, intoxication, or breach of venue rules, without refund. You must comply with all safety, security, and capacity instructions.
• Recording & media release. Events may be photographed, filmed, and live-streamed. By attending, you consent to being recorded and grant AzloTV the right to use your image, likeness, and voice as captured at the Event in recordings, broadcasts, and promotional materials, without compensation, to the extent permitted by law. You may not record or broadcast an Event for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Resale & transfer. You may not resell Tickets above face value or use Tickets for advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes without our consent. We may void Tickets obtained or transferred in breach of these Terms.

Auctions & Bidding

We may run Auctions for items such as used props and event memorabilia.

• Eligibility. Bidding may require account verification and a minimum age (typically 18). You must have a valid payment method on file.
• Binding bids. Each bid is a binding offer to purchase at the bid amount. If you are the winning bidder, you are obligated to complete the purchase, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the winning bid plus any applicable fees, taxes, and shipping.
• Fees & disclosures. Any buyer's premium is included in the bid price you see and agree to; only government taxes and shipping are added on top, and they are disclosed in connection with the Auction before you are charged.
• Condition — sold "AS-IS". Items, particularly used props, are sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS, without warranty of any kind beyond non-excludable statutory rights. Descriptions and images are provided in good faith but do not guarantee exact condition.
• Prohibited conduct. Shill bidding, bid manipulation, use of bots or automated bidding, retracting bids to manipulate price, and non-payment are prohibited. We may cancel bids, refuse or cancel an Auction, relist items, suspend bidding privileges, and pursue non-paying bidders for losses, including relisting and collection costs.
• Fulfillment. Won items are shipped to the address you provide, or made available for collection, as stated. Risk and title pass on delivery or collection.

AI Chat Support

We may provide an automated, AI-powered chat assistant to help answer questions and resolve issues.

• The assistant generates responses automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and its responses are not binding on AzloTV.
• Do not share passwords, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive information in chat. Conversations may be recorded, stored, and reviewed to operate and improve support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Where available, you may request to be connected to a human support agent. For decisions that significantly affect you (such as account termination), you may request human review.

Permitted Use

AzloTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Download, copy, or reproduce any Content except as expressly permitted by AzloTV.
• Share your account credentials or stream Content to more simultaneous devices than your plan allows, or to anyone outside your household.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access, scrape, or interact with the Service, including to purchase Tickets or Merchandise, place bids, or claim promotions or referral rewards.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or digital rights management features.
• Commercially exploit, resell, or sublicense access to the Service, Tickets, or any Content.
• Resell Tickets above face value or use Tickets, Merchandise, or the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or offensive material, or any spam, through any Interactive Feature, Donation message, review, or other submission.

Content on AzloTV is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account and legal action.

Content & Rights

All Content available on AzloTV is owned by or licensed to AzloTV by rights holders. AzloTV does not claim ownership of third-party Content. Your right to view Content is contingent on your active subscription, valid purchase, and compliance with these Terms.

Content Availability

The availability of Content may vary by geographic region and is subject to change without notice. AzloTV makes no guarantee that any particular title will remain available for any specified period. Certain Content may carry additional age or parental guidance ratings.

User-Generated Content

Where the Service permits you to submit reviews, comments, chat messages, Donation messages, or other content ("User Content"), you grant AzloTV a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate these Terms. We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that AzloTV may collect viewing data, device identifiers, transaction data, and usage patterns for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service, Content, Merchandise, Events, and all related features are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Event will occur as scheduled. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including non-excludable consumer guarantees for Merchandise and Tickets).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AzloTV and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

AzloTV's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid AzloTV in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AzloTV and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your User Content, your conduct at an Event, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

AzloTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to AzloTV, other users, or third parties — including non-payment of a winning bid, ticket fraud, referral or coupon abuse, or chargeback abuse.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership clauses, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, which cannot be excluded by contract.

California Residents

AzloTV, LLC is located at 2153 S Vern St, Anaheim, CA 92802. The following notices apply to California residents:

• Consumer rights notice (Cal. Civ. Code § 1789.3). Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
• Privacy. Your California privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA are described in our California Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy, including how to exercise your rights and that we do not sell or share your personal information.
• Automatic renewals. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled online at any time, as described in "Automatic Renewal & Easy Cancellation" above and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Minors' right to remove content (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22581). If you are a registered user under 18 who resides in California, you may request removal of content or information you posted through an Interactive Feature by contacting us at legal@azlotv.com. Removal means the content will no longer be visible to other users and the public; complete deletion from our systems or from where it was copied or reposted by others may not be possible, and some content must be retained as required by law.

Changes to These Terms

AzloTV may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes — typically 30 days — via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
